A day-time Preliminary Roost Assessment (PBRA) was completed at a bungalow in Keyworth, for a planning application to completely remodel the property.
Unfortunately there were many places that bats could roost at this property which I was unable to scope out as bat roosts during the initial assessment and so emergence surveys also had to be completed.
The application has now passed through planning.
