A Preliminary Roost Assessment was undertaken for a planning application remodel a domestic house.
On this occasion, the building was suitable for bats to roost in, and I was unable to scope out the potential roosting features during a daytime assessment. An emergence survey was undertaken by another consultant and the project achieved planning consent.
